使用说明

在编辑文章的时候，在可视化模式下，选中文字，设置为标题3(H3)，或者切换到HTML模式，将需要添加到目录中的标题用和括起来就可以了，如我是索引标题。当然你也可以用其他标签，如，等，将以上代码第12行中的h3改成你自己的标签名称就可以了。

支持多级目录

以上代码的功能比较单一，只有单级目录，不能实现多层级的复杂而完善的索引目录功能。网友12READS对以上代码做了修改，据称可以支持多级目录，暂未测试，需要的可以看看
